Thank you for stopping by at wkgclass.com. We’d like to take a moment to outline the terms and conditions that govern use of our website. Of course, if you have any questions at all, please get in touch at hello[at]wkgclass[dot]com. We’re always happy to chat.

In general, our online store will accurately reflect the stock we have on hand. Occasionally a problem may occur, however, and here’s what you can expect if a that happens: we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know what has happened and provide you with the options available. These may include placing a backorder or arranging for a refund.

Shipping within Australia

We use courier and/or post to deliver packages promptly, safely and securely within Australia. Packages are shipped within 24 hours on business days. You can expect to receive your package within 3-5 days.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

International Shipping

Our products are available for shipping overseas via Australia Post. If you have special instructions, please contact us at hello[at]wkgclass.com so we can make the necessary arrangements. You will be required to sign for your package to ensure safe delivery.

At present, GST is not charged on products at wkgclass.com. 

We ship to the US at a flat rate of $10.

Please be aware that your package may incur additional customs and duties when you receive them, and you will need to pay these separately. These customs and duties can sometimes be substantial.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If your Item is lost or damaged in transit

Please inspect your items in the presence of the courier, particularly fragile ones. Once you have signed for the goods, we will no longer be able to claim insurance. If the goods are damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately at hello[at]wkgclass[dot]com. If you can, please also send photos of any damage.

If your item has not arrived within 7 business days, (14 business days if international) please contact us so we can investigate.

If we have sent you the wrong item, or a defective item

Please contact us within 7 days at hello@wkgclass.com so we can get the return under way and issue a refund, or send an exchange.

Returns & Refunds within Australia

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after receiving a product. We accept returns for regular priced goods that are in an unused condition and in the original packaging with all tags attached, with proof of purchase. Sale items and perishable items cannot be returned.

If you are returning an item within Australia because it is the wrong size, we will send out a different size, once per order, without additional shipping charges.  Wherever possible, you will not need to bring the return package to the post office. Instead we will arrange for the return to be picked up at your location. 

We offer store credit or a full refund.

Please contact us within 7 days at hello@wkgclass.com to arrange for a return.

If you are returning the item within Australia, we will send you the necessary postage label and arrange for a courier pickup.

We do not accept the following returns:

  • intimate or sanitary goods,
  • hazardous materials,
  • flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

International Returns and Refunds

If you are returning an item from overseas, please be aware that any customs and duties paid will not be refundable. You will need to use a trackable postage service and insure the package to its full value. Unfortunately, as we are a small business, we cannot refund return shipping costs or issue a refund if the item is damaged in transit (without insurance) or lost. Hence the necessity for insurance and a trackable postage service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Returning Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
